EcoWorx™ Resilient
PVC-free, closed-loop recyclable Resilient Flooring – an innovation that redefines hard surface performance and circularity. Our new fully closed-loop recyclable alternative to Luxury Vinyl Tile that does not compromise on durability, performance and aesthetics.
Since 2006, we have reclaimed and recycled nearly 500 million kilograms of post-consumer carpet through our re[TURN]® Reclamation Programme. Today, we reclaim and recycle both EcoWorx® carpet tile and EcoWorx™ resilient.
We’re commited to a circular economy.
A Legacy of Sustainable Innovation
Launched in 1999, EcoWorx® is the world’s first fully recyclable PVC-free carpet tile backing.
And now it’s our first fully recyclable PVC-free Resilient hard surface flooring.
The best part: when EcoWorx™ Resilient reaches the end of its useful life, we take it back and recycle it into more EcoWorx® carpet tile backing through our free-of-charge re[TURN]® Reclamation Programme.
Together, we’re closing the loop.
Material Health & Circularity
We cannot afford to take a neutral position on the materials selected for our spaces because they have a direct impact on occupants.
The materials used to make EcoWorxTM Resilient are safe and circular.
By prioritising proactive measures to address harmful chemicals, together we can create healing environments.
EcoWorx™ Resilient meets the demand of key industry certifications.
A reflection to our commitment to sustainability and material health.
These certifications not only validate the environmental integrity of our materials but also ensure that our collections meet the highest standard for human health and safety.
Built to Outperform LVT
Although visually similar, EcoWorx™ Resilient outperforms traditional LVT.
Optimised for low embodied carbon and carbon neutral, it is backed by our rigorous ExoGuard+® testing standard for superior resistance to staining, scratching and scuffing.
It performs 40% better than standard LVT in stain testing, withstanding tough chemicals such as hand sanitiser, bleach and disinfectant.
2.5 mm Direct Glue Construction
25% lighter than PVC flooring, it is easier to transport to site, handle and install.
Quieter, greener spaces without compromising on quality or design. 2.5 mm EcoWorx™ Resilient platform achieves impact sound reduction of 9 dB and by using a 2 mm underlay, this increases to a sound insulation of 20 dB
This product is effectively classified as fire retardant, achieving a fire rating of Bfl–S1 in external testing. With an R10 rating, the product also provides excellent slip resistance.
