Astra Zeneca Da Vinci HQ

The design brief was a clearly defined response to work-life blur: create an inviting environment that transcends a typical open office layout. Designed around a neighborhood concept, the new space is inherently flexible and adaptable. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, contrasting internal environments move from social and open to quiet and dark, providing a variety of work settings and spaces to encourage the full spectrum of work styles. A patchwork of Hexagon carpet tile creates a random, organic effect. Clusters of neutral solid color breaks down the expanse of flooring and reflects the informality of the work settings, furniture and feature lighting. The client understands the significance of the flooring in the overall concept, moving away from a corporate delineated look to an interior not confined by fixed space or geometry.
