CBRE Corporate Offices

For a client at the forefront work forms, the design team created a versatile, open and dynamic environment which fosters transparent efficiency. Neighborhoods connect areas of collaboration and meeting spaces. At the heart of the project, reception welcomes visitors and incorporates elements of space, materials and colors. Hexagon carpet tile reflects the workspace in a combination of tones for a fresh, contemporary twist. From the get-go, the project was intended to obtain LEED Gold certification, so the design is governed by sustainable concepts. Most materials and finishes specified for the office are sustainable. Designers made the most of natural light in work areas, and incorporated a system that regulates indoor lighting according to outdoor sunlight, saving energy in air conditioning.
