Designed for Durability

Durable and moisture tolerant, Shaw Contract resilient products are perfect for demanding environments. Our exclusive ExoGuard™ urethane finish, which is reinforced with quartz crystals, creates a barrier against dirt, scuffs and stains, providing superior durability against premature wear and stains. With ExoGuard, polish is optional, providing easy, flexible maintenance. All of our resilient products are Floorscore™ certified for indoor air quality.

Luxury Vinyl Tile or Plank

Our luxury vinyl tile and plank products with 8 and 12 mil wear layers are perfect for light commercial uses and 20 mil wear layers perform in heavy commercial traffic. The commercial backing layer ensures dimensional stability across tiles. We provide these products with total thickness of 2mm for light commercial uses and 3mm for heavy commercial installations, which are more forgiving over uneven subfloors. These products carry a 10-year warranty.

Resilient sheet

Our resilient sheet products are constructed with durable ExoGuard quartz-enhanced urethane finish and strong, durable 20 mil wear layers for heavy commercial installations. A stabilizing backing layer balances the sheet. Florsept antimicrobial protects against the propagation bacteria and fungi growth. These products carry a 10-year warranty and a 10-year underbed warranty when installed with Shaw 4100 or Shaw S150 spray adhesive.

COREtec® and COREtec® XRC

COREtec® and COREtec® XRC have an innovative patented layered construction that is dimensionally stable, waterproof, scratch resistant . Backed with an additional layer of cork, no additional underlayment is required for impact sound mitigation floor to floor. Deisgned with locking edges, installation is quick and easy reducing installation time and labor costs.

Certified for Strength

Shaw Contract porcelain products are harder and stronger than standard ceramic products. All porcelain products are ceramic, but not all ceramic products are certified as porcelain. Standard ceramic products absorb more water and are not as hard nor as strong as porcelain products. Our porcelain tiles are certified by the Porcelain Tile Certification Agency (PTCA) and tested for water absorption rates using certified industry test methods.
