2023 Shaw Contract Design Awards
Entries now closed! Winners will be announced in September.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
It is our foundation to celebrate the optimism of design, and its ability to positively impact our communities and our planet.
Now in its 18th year, the Shaw Contract Design Awards program is our chance to look through the Design Optimist lens at spaces that inspire new ways of working, learning, healing, and thriving.
We believe that design has the power to shape the world around us and create a better future for both people and planet. That's why the Shaw Contract Design Awards program is so important to us - it allows celebration of the designers who share our commitment to creating a positive impact in all interior spaces.
Over the past 17 years of this awards program, we have seen countless examples of how design can transform spaces and enrich lives. From innovative healthcare facilities that promote healing and well-being, to dynamic workplaces that foster creativity and collaboration, the projects that have been submitted to our awards program have inspired us all.
The Shaw Contract Design Awards are open to project submissions from across the globe, providing a unique platform for international design talent to be recognized and celebrated. Our judging panel is also comprised of international design luminaries; who will give consideration to overall design intent along with our four People Together Planet Forever ambitions - Material Health, Circular Economy, Carbon Impact and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
